The shadow holds everything you couldn't afford to be. Your power. Your rage. Your grief. Your wildness. The pieces of your soul that got lost along the way - tucked behind shame, buried under expectations, hidden in the places you've been too afraid to look.
This program is a descent. A sacred, guided descent into those places - to meet what's there, to honour it, and to bring it home. Because the integration of your darkness is not destruction. It is the most profound expansion you will ever experience.
This is not a healing program. It is a remembering. A sacred excavation of the parts of your soul that have been waiting in the dark to be found.
Meeting the parts of your soul that split off and went into hiding - understanding why they left, and calling them home.
Working energetically with what lives in the threshold - the places where fear and shame built the walls that kept you small.
Bringing the lost pieces back into your energy field - not forced, not rushed, but in the sacred timing of what's ready to return.
The life force you've been using to suppress your shadow is enormous. When you stop fighting it, that energy becomes yours to wield.
Using Reiki, psychic perception, and somatic practice to weave the retrieved pieces fully into your field - so the integration is felt in your body, not just understood in your mind.
