Getting to know yourself on a level most people never reach. Your patterns, your gifts, your edges, your truth.
Shadow work, inner child and inner teen healing - gently meeting the parts of you that learned to hide and helping them come home.
Reconnecting with play, joy, and the lightness you've been missing. This isn't all shadow work - there's genuine delight waiting for you here.
