Intuitive Healing
$180 for 90mins
Jess will converse with your guides, ancestors, and spirit team, to apply reiki and massage techniques, along with oracle, chakra or tarot cards to aid in clearing and/or healing.
Jess will share any insights or confirmation, along with advice moving forward.
You can come with specific needs and questions or we can go with the flow for whatever presents itself.
Relaxation Massage
$160 for 90mins
$210 for 120mins
Take a time out as Jess works with your body to reduce tightness, encourage free movement through joints and limbs while also providing you with a session of destressing, relaxation and restoration, from the comfort of your own home.
Diffuser with essential oils or incense is availble to be used available during sessions, leave a note at time of booking.
Myotherapy/Massage
$125 for 75mins
$160 for 90mins
Myotherapy is a combination of techniques from physiotherapy, chiropractics, osteopathy, and remedial massage.
These appointments are for those looking for hands on treatment to aid with pain/discomfort reduction and movement enhancement.
Jess will use superficial and deep tissue, dry needling*, cupping, stretching and after care to reduce stress, discomfort and encourage movement and blood flow from the comfort of your own home.

Reiki
$125 for 75mins
$160 for 90mins + Tarot Reading
Jess will work with your guides, ancestors, and spirit team, while using symbols and energy from Usui, Seichem and Karuna Reiki to clear, reconnect and balance your energies.
