Reclaim Your Life is based on 3 principles:

  • Empowerment = returning the power to yourself

  • Discernment = the ability to sort through what is meant for you and what is meant for others

  • Sovereignty of self = To know that you have all the answers and power you seek, it doesn’t come from others or objects
